A Bit About Us

Here at Silent Watch, Veteran Suicide Awareness, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. By bringing about public awareness of Veteran Suicides we can hopefully give them help and assistance needed to lower the rate of those taking their lives. We also help those Veterans, and First Responders who suffer from PTSD with a procedure called SGB, or Stellate Ganglion Block. This simple procedure helps reduce the levels of anxiety, depression and other symptoms of PTSD. Learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see.
